Sanghyun Jang joined Georgia Tech as a C21U visiting research scholar in October 2025. For one year, he will collaborate with C21U faculty and researchers to design and implement AI-based learning systems and utilize educational data to enhance student outcomes.

Sanghyun's extensive experience leading national education data initiatives in South Korea and his work with international organizations such as UNESCO and the World Bank strongly align with C21U's ongoing efforts to advance personalized, data-informed teaching and learning at scale.

Sanghyun Jang holds a doctorate in computer engineering from Dongguk University.
