Dilruk (Dil) has worked in international higher education for over fourteen years across three continents. Recently, he held a position at Wesleyan University as its senior associate director of international advancement. He has also worked in a consultancy capacity in the UK and Spain with several prominent institutions to set up their internationalization initiatives.   
 
Dil resides in Middletown, Connecticut, with his wife and fifteen-month-old daughter. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy hiking, traveling (locally and internationally), and exploring the local food scene. Their last hike was to Mount Rainier, WA. Dil is also a sketch artist.
